"Trollsbane Armor and Weapon" is a lore friendly, stand alone, heavy and light armor set for both males and females. In addition there is a replacer model for the Trollsbane weapon in the game, new textures for troll skulls by CaBaL, and brand new loot items added to trolls. The armor sports many trophies of troll hunting and the weapon is uniquely enchanted to combat trolls.

In addition to the standard pieces of an armor set, this set includes unique appearance for the heavy armor, light armor, heavy gloves, light gloves, heavy helmet, light helmet, heavy boots, and light boots. There are also 4 different helmets. Slay trolls in your own chosen style.




In order to make the crafting more immersive two new items were created and added to the game. Troll Hide and Cave Troll hide can be found on the appropriate troll types when killed and used for crafting or sold for coin. Troll skulls now can be taken from the beasts when slain as well. Considering how hard these monsters are to kill, I think one piece of troll fat was a little... lacking. This mod corrects that in a way that makes sense.


Because this armor so utilizes the skulls of trolls, and the textures for that object in the game were so poor, CaBaL was so kind as to draw up a new texture for the troll skull in high resolution detail. This texture will replace the original and apply to all troll skulls in the game, a well needed change.


The pieces are Ebony and Glass quality in armor value for the heavy and light sets respectively and thus require those perks to craft. The sets are crafted using only the trophies of trolls found by hunting the beasts.
