Who am I and what do I do?

My name is Ronnie Ree. I call my self Kalicola on the web (sometimes). I am 35 years old and work as a character animator in Denmark, and have just finished my work on Hitman Absolution.

Mod Discription:

This is my ENB config, that I have been working one since the day the ENB mod was released. The goal is to make a more apealing skyrim, with better colors, brighter light, darker shadows, better contrast, better shadows, intense fire and magic effects, scary dungeons, movie style depth of field, and in general make a very balanced ENB that is optimal for a playthrough.

My aim for the look is more "The Hobbit" and less "Lord of the rings" Meaning, brighter lights and colors and less gray and flat, with a little bit of Michael Bay in there too :)

Very Important:

Enable this in SkyrimPrefs.ini:

bTreesReceiveShadows=1
bDrawLandShadows=1
bShadowsOnGrass=1
bFloatPointRenderTarget=1



Compatability:

Disable all mods that changes the lighting of the world, like realistic lighting, URWL, climates of tamriel and mods like that. This enb does not work with those mods: Mods that changes sunlight and shadows does NOT work with this, well, i does, but it wont be looking like in the video og screenshots.
Mod that fixes point lights (lanterns, fire bowls, candle lights) around the world should be fine to use, but they might become brighter or darker, so keep that in mind when installing those other mods, I use Claralux myself, so that one works fine.



How to install:

This Enb is optimised using the ENB binary version 0.279, and if you can't find that one (Boris sometimes removes them again) then just download next number in the series, and it should work just fine.

1. Download the v0.279 from here: http://enbdev.com/download_mod_tesskyrim.htm

2. Copy the d3d9.dll and enbhost.exe file to your skyrim folder (SteamApps\common\Skyrim). Don't copy the other files over, only d3d9.dll

3. Download my files and copy them over to the same skyrim folder

That's it.

To uninstall just delete all those files again

Mod manager does not work for installing this



Notes about the ENB

This ENB has reflections turned OFF, cause I don't think the quality of the reflections is good enough yet.

The depth of field is blurring the character in character creation, so use Shift-F12 to turn ENB OFF when creating your character.

I have also disabled the sun lens flare, cause I don't like the look of it.

This ENB does not have Anti Aliasing in it.



These two mods below is kind of important to make the rainy days look awesome. The rain in this ENB is tweaked with these mods installed. You don't have to use it of course. If you don't use it, the rain effects are VERY subtle, so keep that in mind.
