I always thought it was silly that the thalmor didn't care about the Shrine of talos in Whiterun.
This mod Changes the shrine of Talos in Whiterun into an improvised shrine of Akatosh
The mod removed Heimskr before, butI decided to bring back Heimskr
because he actually gives more immersion rather than takes away.
I am willing to do a series of Thalmor Influence mods.
