A mod that will add stronger versions of the spells: Flames, Sparks and Frostbite

Do you also really like the novice spells: Flames, Sparks and Frostbite? Well I do! But the problem is that they become a bit to weak when I’m further in the game. But with this mod that problem will be solved!
This mod adds stronger versions of those spells which will do 4 times the damage of the original but will still cost the same(exept for the frostbite which will cost 1 magica point less for some strange reason)and still are on novice level. You can find the spelltomes in the College of Winterhold as soon as you step into the building. Perks that have effect on the original Flames, Sparks and Frostbite will also have effect on these new spells.
