Permissions and credits
This patch makes Ethereal Elven Overhaul compatible with Requiem. 

Specifically, this does two things:

1. Preserves changes to requiem races while keeping EEO's looks. 
2. Merges Requiem NPC perk/stat changes with EEO's facelifts. 

Load order:

EEO.esp
Requiem.esp
Requiem - EEO patch.esp
Requiem for the indifferent.esp
