increases the number of locked containers and increases the loot from locked containers

Compatibility:
- Fully compatible with Dawnguard
- should work with all other mods including loot mods (my mod is script based, so there are no changes in leveled lists)
I recommend that you also use my hardcore lockpicking mod because lockpicking is much too easy in vanilla.
