In the vanilla Diplomatic Immunity quest (MQ201), when you meet Delphine at the stables, she gives you the party outfit to wear to the Thalmor party. You are not allowed to wear anything else. This mod changes that.
Features:
Delphine will no longer give you the party outfit, so you have to find suitable attire yourself.
You can wear anything with the ClothingRich keyword.
You can wear additional non-armor items, such as jewelry.
Changes from the original mod:
Restored most of the two lines of Delphine's dialogue that were cut.
Fixed a bug where the player would momentarily turn naked while Delphine was taking items.
Added a quest objective.
Removed the SKSE requirement (for SE; VR will still need SKSE).
