Ragged Cap - Beggar Cap Fix by ReflexShooter ported to SE.
This is just a small tweak to the "Ragged Cap" mesh that gets rid of the clipping. It may look like holes in the cap are made by design but it's actually clipping and these holes change in size and shape when your head is moving.
Not fixed by USSEP, and compatible with it. Compatible with any retextures.
Now included in Weapons Armor Clothing and Clutter Fixes.
