Miu is a delicate girl, from some foreign land, who comes to Skyrim to study magic. Maybe you can teach her some spells ? She will be glad to help you in exchange for adventures and knowledges !
No requirements, she is completely standalone, but if you want a similar body, you can use this wonderful preset (BHUNP required) made by TheGreatPablooka
Also I advise you to use a Follower Manager, like EFT or better, NFT (avoid if possible AFT, looks like people have issue with it)
You can find her in Kynareth Temple
She use Magic Electricity to kill her enemy, but I'm not very good to balance follower with CK (such a nightmare this program) so don't hesitate to modify her power/ abilities with a follower manager.
