The crowd in the game so many and of course it would not be wise to make them all like our own characters who in fact want to be all HD. But with these files you can make them much better without burdening the fps. The file is quite small and the resolution is only 2K but enhanced and sure...Optimized format just like Starfield default.
As you can see, I was able to make screenshots at a fairly close distance and normal for close ups. They still look good and decent. No need to go crazy, everything has to be 100K. This crowd itself is very Low Poly and actually counts as Clutter.
V1 only contain 2K Diffuse and 2K Rough map ( for medium pc ).
V2 Contain 2K Diffuse, 2K Normal map, 1K Rough map and all textures enhanced. My gallery using V2.
Recommended to use AO fix for crowd eyes from other mod ( Crowd NPC eye Ambient occlusion Fix at Starfield Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) ). I don't need to make the same mod.
Installation extract zip content to Documents\My Games\Starfield
