Do you wish that smuggling was more of a thing in Starfield?
Are you tired of safes that are so comically disappointing as to be basically memes?
Then this mod is for YOU!
Well, it won’t completely revolutionise smuggling gameplay in Starfield but, along with a couple of other mods already here on the Nexus (see below), we can get things moving in the right direction.
After installing this mod, most of the safes in the game (essentially all safes that aren’t designated “old earth” content) will have a chance to spawn contraband items. The fixed spawns are still there, you can still, if you wish, farm Vulture’s Roost (over and over and over and over again) but you should now also find contraband in a much more organic way as you explore the game’s many varied outposts.

Installation
Manually or with a mod manager.
I recommend you use Plugins.txt Enabler and, if you're using Vortex, you will also need to add the ESM to your plugins.txt file manually. MO2 handles that for you.
Compatibility
Not compatible with anything else that edits the levelled lists for safes. When proper injection scripts are available I'll redo it. Until then, anarchy reigns.
