Philippa shares her face with a couple of NPCs (kudos to Ubleron for pointing it out), so I just took Phil's backed up face (with eyes), and replaced her default face with it. The new face has freckles, and it doesn't have any birthmarks (I can't edit textures, so there's nothing I can do about it).

My mod replaces Phil's default face in swaps as well, so I included a couple of swap mods (changes one character's model to another) in the archive, just extract them from "swap mods" folder and use with modNewFace, if you want for Phil to have a new face.
