Removes skill prerequirements and lets you choose any skill freely without having to previously invest skill points in that particular branch.
How to install this mod?
Drop the modNoSkillRestrictions1_31 folder in your Witcher 3: Wild Hunt mod folder.

I'm aware similar mods have been made before but all are outdated, and unlike these mods, you don't need to start a new game for it to take effect.
