This mod will give a less stuffy look to the highways, adding a flow effect.
It's compatible with Better Highway alphas.
1.1 Added a version that also clear the distant lanes view, see latest screenshots.
Added a version that only clears the distant lanes, leaving the vanilla smokey patterns (Fixed pixelation on this version).
