New Perk to Craft Faster!

I would much rather add a perk to give players the option to craft faster than just reducing the time overall for all crafting items. Wearing a nerd glass while the skill is at level 5 would give you a grand total of 95% craft time reduction.
-- Each level requires 1 skill point and the required fortitude stat of 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10 respectively --
Level 1: 10% crafting time reduction
Level 2: 20% crafting time reduction
Level 3: 35% crafting time reduction
Level 4: 55% crafting time reduction
Level 5: 85% crafting time reduction
