Core mod to allow other mods to add opaque paint and grass/plant textures to the atlas. Doesn't do anything on its own, but required by other mods to enable advanced texture features.

Core mod to allow other mods to add opaque paint and grass/plant textures to the atlas.
Doesn't do anything on its own, but required by other mods for advanced texture features.
In order to use this mod, and any mod depending on it, EAC must be disabled.
Needs to be installed on the server and on each client and both need EAC off!
