For 7DVR! Reducuces the non aiming spread to the aiming spread of weapons.

Thius mod aims to make the guns act more like VR guns for the 7DVR mod. This is accoplished by makeing the the guns behave more like VR guns do by elmiminating the need to use the "aim" button for your bullets to go where the barrell is actually pointing.
The rocket launcher and bows still have some spread but much less when not aiming as both of these are not super accurate weapons. This felt like a good balance.And yes I know bows can be very accurate but until they impliment 2 handed guns updatye this felt reasonable since you aim bows with a laser currently and not realistically.
