Walls are all Steel Block, floor is 2 layer concrete block. Wood stash/build room on the main floor.
Some loot boxes, and a workbench in the room.
Concrete walkway all the way around, and a steel roll-up gate.
Some openings in parapets to ladder or stair up. Iron door entries to each one.
POI is set to spawn in Wilderness. You can't get more secure even if you just want a secure starter base.
