The Reload Time Ammo store is the standalone version, there is also a plaza version in the City Square POI, and also the Reload Time Ammo Warehouse. Grab all 3 to have the complete set.

extract the files in this download folder and place them here
programfilesx86/steam/steamapps/common/7daystodie/data/prefabs/pois
Once they are placed here, generate a new random world and this will spawn in the CountryTown, Industrial, and Commercial areas.
