Adds a backwards facing passenger seat to the bicycle. Requires no additional parts installed on the bicycle, so a little unbalanced compared to the Vehicle Expanded Seating Part. I chose not to use that Part as I felt it unlikely that players would find that recipe or have Forged Steel at the Bicycle level
