increases the tier bonus of Weapons and tools as well as changes the RNG numbers to make crafting and looting multiple of the same item feel more worthwhile.

This can work with modded items (probably not big overhaul mods like Darkness Falls simply because of the amount of changes the mod has.) but it is case by case. really depends how the author names their items in the XML. I will update the page with mods that i can test with this and it work correctly.

Tier bonus of Entity damage for ranged weapons and tools, the bonuses are the same for block damage for tools and meleewpns:
T2 - 10%
T3 - 20%
T4 - 40%
T5 - 55%
T6 - 75%
Meleewpns and Tools:
Max Range - 0% to 25% Tier 1-6
Attacks Per Minute - 0% to 20% Tier 1-6
Harvest Count - 0% to 15% Tier 1-6
Weapon handling - 0% to 25% Tier 1-6
For ranged weapons there isn't a lot that did not already have a tier bonus or that i felt i wanted to be changed.
Ranged Weapons:
Spread vertical - 0% to -65% Tier 1-6 (lower spread)
Spread Horizontal - 0% to -65% Tier 1-6
Spread multiplier aiming - 0% to -65% Tier 1-6
Spread multiplier crouching - 0% to -65% Tier 1-6
Spread multiplier walking- 0% to -65% Tier 1-6
Spread multiplier running- 0% to -65% Tier 1-6
Damage fall off range - 0% to 25% Tier 1-6
as for the RNG i personally dislike that if i find any tier6 item that is the end of looting or crafting that item. I wanted looting or crafting items to feel more worthwhile in terms of time or resources.
For Meleewpns and Tools:
Entity damage - -25% to 75%
Block Damage - -25% to 75%
Power Attack Stamina Loss - 0 to -25%
For Rangedwpns:
Max range - 0% to 25%
Damage fall off range - 0% to 25%
Rounds per minute - 0% to 25%
Reload speed - 0% to -25% (faster reload)
Incremental spread multiplier - 0% to -85% (lower spread)
Magazine size - 0% to 45%
Entity damage - -25% to 75%
Weapon Handling - -25% to 120%
