After testing on a dedicated server that does not have this installed (EAC off for server/myself): The mod works and remains active, Night time begins at 19:00 (shows as 7:00) but zombies do not run. At 22:00 (10:00) they begin running as expected. Which kind of works, they don't run until every bit of sunlight is gone from the sky which happened around 22:00.
DEDICATED SERVER: This mod DOES NOT WORK for servers, it breaks horde night.
Compatible with V1.3 Stable but I do not guarantee it won't break a save, please make a backup save!
Until I figure out how to turn this into a Harmony mod that can simply be dropped into the mods folder (what a headache)

Create a backup of Assembly-CSharp.dll in 7 Days To Die\7DaysToDie_Data\Managed to undo this mod at any time without having to validate files.
Unzip and Copy the folder to your default installation within 7DaysToDie_Data directory and accept the overwrite, you can navigate to the Managed folder yourself and drop the dll in there yourself.
This is not the same as DayLight Length under General when loading up a save or creating a new save.
Daylight Length changes when the sun rises: Changing it from default 18 to 14 will result in the Sunrise of default 4am to 8am
This mod changes the Sunset of 22:00 (10pm) to 19:00 (7pm) which just looks better to me and I hope for those that pay attention to the little things will appreciate, like myself. By default without another mod to edit trader closing times, you can shop at a trader and see their bases at night which I love doing. This does not change trader closing times that are still default 22:00!
For those that struggle with zombies at night, this does increase difficulty due to +3 hours added to night.
(+4 if you change DL to 14)
Known Issue: The Sun will rise at 1am with the default Daylight Length of 18 ( lol ) Change it to 14 to have the Sun rise at 5am or 15 (if you have a mod that changes Daylight Length options) for default 4am

Incompatible with any mod that overwrites Assembly-CSharp.dll
Issues? Check if the dll is blocked by right clicking on it and opening properties. You'll see at the bottom if it's blocked because it came from another computer. Simply unblock it. I tested it on another PC with it blocked and it worked though. YMMV
