Adds a fifth level to Parkour, requires 10 points in Agility.
The jump height is set to about 5 and a bit blocks, it is just enough to jump up and harvest street lights.
Safe fall damage reduction is just set using the same increment increase as the game already had between rank 3 and 4.
I have marked both the jump height and safe fall values in the progression.xml if anyone wants to adjust the values themselves.
Tested and working on V1.0 (b309).
XML only so will work server side.
