This mod aims to do one monumental task:
Make a game entirely designed for PVE be an acceptable platform for PVP, where winning involves skill and not secrets, free time or toxicity.

This mod is the result of years playing PVP on multiple servers, and hosting my own successful one (SleeplessPVP). It is my hope that some of these features if not all of them can enable those interested in hosting PVP servers but don't have the tools to do so.

Main Features
Full list of changes and adjustments can be found in the mod folder under README-INFO. You may want to review it all.

-Scaling PVP damage based on progression, keeping the playing field as level as possible despite RPG power gains.
-Exempts some massive sources of damage jumps from PVP, so time to kill is stable, predictable and minimizes frustration.
-Armor is useful in PVP (No Vanilla 100% armor penetration), and differences between armor are balanced to eliminate metas.
-Balanced raiding, with no interference in vanilla mechanics. Base builders can build faster, Raiders get more tools and choices.
-Base builders can use traps effectively, with increased explosive damage, properly working traps and more to keep bases secured.
-Raiders can disable mid-raid repairs, keep defenders from spamming blocks, use salvage tools to break doors and use some explosives more effectively.
-Toxic gameplay addressed by making certain blocks more resistant under claim protection, and preventing over-destruction.
-Sound reworks that increase player awareness of other players, bases, vehicles. Proper working silencers that make avoidance easier.
-Consumables such as drugs and candy rebalanced or reworked for PVE only. Other consumables paused when in PVP combat.
-Environmental changes, such as adding hills and other cover to the overworld for more mid-range fighting.
-Multiple ways of making death less frustrating and encouragement of fighting back.
-And MUCH, MUCH more...

There is also an extended mod included which you can choose to install or not, giving a few new mechanics.

-Until level 30, all traders become Safe Zones. Players become invulnerable, cannot attack, and cannot be seen or followed by zombies while inside.
-Bounties. If a player kills another player, they become a bounty. When the bounty is killed, the killer is cleared of all XP debt. This creates a loop of fighting, and is built to be difficult to circumvent or exploit.
-Solo players gain a powerful "solo" buff that teams cannot exploit, giving them an edge against large teams primarily by means of stealth and awareness.
-Teams cannot see more than 3 entries in their party menu. This does not restrict the team sizes, but acts as a discouragement and helps counter massive teams by making coordination harder.
