Adds a Charger mod to replicate stun baton effects to other melee weapons. Allow Repulsor mod to be installed in those melee weapons to get ragdoll effect on charged hit (will not do anything without charger mod).
ISI Mods Unbound
Basically this modlet allows any weapon to become a stun baton by adding the new Charger mod. It also allows the existing Stun Baton Repulsor mod to be installed in those same weapons/tools so the zombies go flying on the charged strike.
PS: the repulsor mod will not do anything if the charger mod is not installed (with the exception of the stun baton)
The mods can be found in loot, bought at the trader, or crafted after reading Tech Junkie #5.
