RWG Tile recreating Neebs Gaming Cul-De-Sacked Series

Painstakingly recreated, it includes all four houses (including Simon's, which on a clear day can be seen from space), Losers Park, and Meat Park. Although the Parks came later in the series, I decided to keep the houses in their pristine 'Day 1' state to preserve what a nice neighborhood it was. (You know, before the Doras moved in.)
It is for those who want to infuse their maps with Neebsy goodness, or want to set up their own "Cul-De-Sacked" challenge with friends. (Billboard for the losers in the city you reside not included.)
The main version of this mod, though derived from a residential tile, instead uses the rural tile naming convention to allow it to spawn in the forest biome, since residential tiles cannot appear in forest country towns by default, and to increase its chances of spawning at all, since rural districts invariably appear as township outskirts, and outskirts appear to spawn more cap tiles. Conversely, there's also no restriction on what biome it can spawn in, so if you want to restrict it to the forest biome only, be sure to use the optional 'neebstown' version of the mod instead.* (And all this aside, you can always manually place it on a map using the World Editor, too.)
This was done as a fan of Neebs Gaming, intended purely as an homage - all credit for its creation is theirs.
Made in v1.3, installs to the usual mods folder, and only needs installed on server-side for multiplayer.
*A little note on the 'neebstown' version: The tile used to create the "Cul-De-Sacked" set is based on a residential cap tile which, by default, cannot spawn in the forest biome. Ideally you'd just want just one of this Neebs-themed tile to spawn on your map, and in the forest biome to recreate the setting of the series, so the optional 'neebstown' version of this mod does just that by creating a custom township ('neebstown') that is restricted to the forest biome, which in turn contains a custom district ('neebsrural') which allows correct placement without appearing in other biomes. This version of the mod *should* work alongside other mods that affect the RWG, since it adds everything it needs to work to the rwgmixer.xml.
