Permissions and credits
WAIT... WHY DO I WANT LESS BUFFS???!
* Bonuses to stats like Int or Str may cause issues with Rebirth and compromise the intended progression in Rebirth.
* Better vanilla attachments was made for boring vanilla game design. When combined with the many stackable buffs in Rebirth your character can experience glitches, weapons become hard to use (fire rate too fast, etc), or your character or weapons are actually hard to control.

EXAMPLE:
1) Rebirth allows for firing speed mods, PLUS character class boosts, PLUS the tuning of the original Black Wolf mods, you can get glitches with weapons firing too fast or just barely tapping the mouse button spends 8 shots on an automatic weapon.

RadRemover - Each hit prevents radiated zombies from regenerating health for 90 seconds and prevents them from applying infection debuff on you. Deal 30% more damage to radiated zombies with headshots.

BarrelExtender - Deal 70% more damage to targets more than 30 meters away. 20% maximum range and reduced damage falloff (40% for precision weapons), but decreases hipfire accuracy, recoil, and spread recovery speed.

MuzzleBrake - 25% vertical recoil control, 15% horizontal recoil control, 15% reduced spread when aiming.

SoundSuppressorSilencer - Greatly reduces the sound of gunfire for NPC enemies as well as removing the muzzleflash light. Grants a 70% sneak bonus to unalerted targets.

LaserSight - Increases hipfire accuracy and spread recovery by 30%. Increases accuracy when walking by 25%.

ScopeSmall - 2x scope for close to medium range kills. 20% bonus damage with headshots and 30% faster spread recovery.

ScopeMedium - 4x scope for medium to long range kills. 30% bonus damage with headshots and 30% faster spread recovery. Has variable zoom.

ScopeLarge - 8x scope for long range kills. 50% bonus damage with headshots and 30% faster spread recovery. Has variable zoom.

ReflexSight - A reflex sight ideal for close range combat. 15% less spread when aiming, 30% faster spread recovery.

TriggerGroupSemi - Semi-automatic firing e. 20% increased rate of fire, 25% recoil control, and 10% spread per shot reduction. Reduces degradation by 20%

TriggerGroupBurst3 - Burst-firing e. 20% increased recoil control, 20% reduced spread per shot. Reduces degradation by 25%.

TriggerGroupAutomatic - Full-auto firing e increases rate of fire by 20%, but 10% decreased recoil control and 2.5 % increased spread per shot. Reduces degradation by 30%.

Bipod - 15% recoil control, 20% less spread when aiming (25% for precision weapons). 20% increased spread recovery (35% for precision weapons). 10% Decreased hipfire accuracy and walking accuracy.

RetractingStock - 15% recoil control, 25% increased accuracy when walking and hipfiring, 30% increased spread recovery.
ShotgunSawedOffBarrel - Larger blasts but reduced ranged effectiveness. 10% increased damage, 50% bonus increased damage to targets up to 3 meters away, but -30% damage to targets 5 meters or farther away.

Duckbill - Blast spread in a more horizontal pattern. 10% increased damage, 20% bonus increased damage to targets up to 4 meters away, 20% increased damage falloff range.

Choke - A tighter blast spread. 10% increased damage, 10% bonus increased damage to targets up to 7 meters away, 70% increased max range, 50% increased damage falloff range.

MagazineExtender - 50% extra magazine size, 5% increased rate of fire, but 10% decreased reload speed.

DrumMagazineExtender - 100% extra magazine size, 10% increased rate of fire, but 15% decreased reload speed.

Foregrip - 15% recoil control, 25% increased accuracy when walking and hipfiring, 30% increased spread recovery. 20% faster rate of fire to pump action shotguns.

ShotgunTubeExtenderMagazine - Increases magazine capacity for pump shotguns by 60%, but 10% decreased reload speed.

CrippleEm - 40% chance of slowing down an enemy, including animal targets.

BowPolymerString - Your arrows and bolts fly 15% faster, 25% more accuracy when aiming, and 15% hipfire accuracy. Bows and crossbows require 10% less stamina when aiming.

BowArrowRest - 25% accuracy when aiming, and 15% hipfire accuracy. Bows and crossbows require 10% less stamina when aiming.

TheHunter - 50% extra damage against animals and zombie animals, with 100% extra dismember chance if a headshot. Apply 5 stacks of bleed to animals and zombie animals (50 Max stacks).

TemperedBlade - 10% increased block damage, 20% less degradation.

SerratedBlade - 20% chance of applying 5 bleed stacks to an enemy (Max 20 stacks).

WeightedHead - 15% extra block damage. 25% chance of slowing enemies down with Primary Attacks. 10% chance of ragdolling enemies with Secondary strong attacks.

StructuralBrace - 5% extra block damage, and 30% less degradation.

ErgonomicGrip - 15% less stamina per swing. 10% less stamina using bows. 10% increased melee attack speed.

FortifyingGrip - Regenerate 3-4 health every 5 seconds when under 50% health. 5% faster attack speed.

BarbedWire - 10% chance of applying 5 bleed stacks with Primary attacks. 20% chance of applying 7 bleed stacks with Secondary strong attacks. (25 Max stacks).

MetalSpikes - 20% reduced enemy armor per attack for a short time. 2 bleed stacks per attack (Max 10 stacks).

MetalChain - 10% chance to knock down enemies with Primary attacks. 15% chance to ragdoll enemies with Secondary strong attacks.

BurningShaft - 30% chance of setting an enemy on fire. 

FiremansAxeMod - 15% more damage to blocks, 5% less degradation.

GraveDigger - 25% more damage to clay/sand/grass, 5% less degradation.

BunkerBuster - 25% more damage to stone, 5% less degradation.

IronBreaker - 25% more damage to iron, 5% less degradation.
