Adds defensive walls and barriers in the game that are based on the elevator system.. Works in Alpha 19

First off I would like to say thank you to Xyth, Guppycur, War3zuk, KhaineGB. Without their prior work and permission, this wouldn’t have been put together.
Next, thank you to all the modders on the forums. The information/examples they have provided in their mods are greatly appreciated and
helped me get this playable in A18. and A19.
I wanted a system that would rise a defense wall when a sensor sees zombies. Sins I couldn´t find anything I decided to make my own again.
The Barriers and Walls can be activated by using a E like opening a door. Or you can use the power versions to combine them with a sensor camera to automatic rais the wall if zombies arrive. Or block cars with the arm barrier and the concrete barrier block.
