Weapons Mastery

Adds a few things: Adds all parts recipes, adds recipes to make T3 weapon schematics, adds the ability to get +1 crafting quality. The T3 schematics and quality buff will cost lots of parts to acquire.

Buckshot and Slugs given 2/3rd spread, and damage, but also increased max range, and damage drop-off range by 3.5x.Breaching Slugs unchanged.

Allows people to join servers or re-join servers and automatically join the group they where in upon loading.
