Description: It is an old shoe factory remodeled by bandits as their base. The bandits live in the top half of the facility, but use captive survivors as live bait during horde nights in the lower section. This POI is preparing for the inclusion of Bandits, but for now, it has zombies. Once we get more bandit themed resources, I'll go back and update it.

Backstory: The factory made shoes for government contracts until manufacturing was moved overseas and the plant was abandoned. The town fathers planned to turn it into a business park, but then the world ended, and bandits moved in. Your character has been captured by bandits and forced to participate in a deadly game for their amusement. You start the quest and must run the gauntlet through a very linear path.

"Are the bandits using zombie women for their 'amusement'?"

"Did I just swim in sewage?"

"How do they lure and wrangle the zombies into the cages?"

"Bandits using humans as live bait to distract zombies during a horde night is an interesting proposition."
