-Rocket Hussar Standoff behavior vs most targets made much more reliable, thanks to Zarkonnen! -This change somewhat nerfs it's dogfighting ability, but due to it's very high HP pool (compared to other aircraft) it's still advantaged as long as you have something else to back them up.

My Overhaul Modpack, combining a few smaller mods to increase computational efficiency (you should get less lag with one big mod over many small mods)
Mod Additions: Incorproates BMY's Extended Sails and Heavy Sponson. (With permission) Has an entire new tech tree. Turbines, electrically actuated automatic cannons and their Imperial variants, the Rocket Hussar, Large Ammo/Coal handling facilities and variations, new Armors, double Extinguisher, Crew and Garrison Dormitories, walkways and variants.
Vanilla Changes: -Base income and production speed doubled. -Cannons above Tier 2 fire shells, just like IRL cannons after 1890. They have some blast damage and a blast radius now, with the bigger guns recieving a bigger blast radius. -Torpedo Bombers now properly stand-off outside of most AA attacks. -Gatling, Flak, and Deck Guns have had their AA range doubled. -Range limited weapons have their max range increased. -Guided Missiles buffed to 120 damage -More, see the wordpress link.
