Fix Steam Overlay not working on Alan Wake 2, game already running error, and Controller input presets to fix the controller issues, including not quick accessing the map.

Just as the title says, hope this helps another because it was driving me crazy.
All files have a .txt with full instructions within the file, vdf input file for steam, json file for AWII.
I put all these fixes here because they kind of went "hand in hand"
Current fixes here:
Overlay Fixed
Game Already running error Fixed
Xinput Duel shock 4 fixed, (may work with 5 need testing)
IMPORTANT: If you go in game and change a key-bind in the pause menu it will reset the .json, suggest setting it to read only or just not rebinding anything new.
