I hope I can make many cards a little bit more interesting in a future patch, however due to the limited modding one can do on AFE, I doubt it.
Changes:
Note: I got lazy with mentioning reasons later on.
I only work here: Buffed experience gain from 0% to 25%. Reason: Experience and Money are both very important in this game, unless you've maximized your levels or have bought everything you could buy.
Instead of making it only viable when you've achieved the max level, I decided to at least somewhat useful card compared to others before this happens.
On The Job Learning: Buffed credit gain from 0% to 25%. Reason: Same as above but for credits instead.
Keep It Tight, People
Increased Experience and Credit gain from x1.75 to x2.25. Reduced rarity from Exotic to Rare. Reason: I don't believe that card rarity should be rated based on the multipliers, but based on how often you'd pick it compared to other cards on a similar tier. Exotic cards generally deliver an enjoyable experience and a high reward, while this card is generally more of a nuisance.
Don't Get Hurt
Decreased rarity from Exotic to Uncommon. Reason: For such a difficult challenge card, I think it should be reasonable to get this card more often to encourage trying it at higher difficulties rather than only using it on the the easiest missions to try and finish the challenge.
Stuck Magazines
Decreased rarity from exotic to Rare. Reason: This card does not compare to other exotic cards as far as rewards or enjoyment is concerned.
Coming out of the Damn Walls
Increased the minimum delay between spawns with 5 seconds, increased the max delay by 15 seconds. Reason: I highly believe that it should be at least a little bit rewarding to kill the drone. I also think there should be more variety between the min and max delays in order to make it less predictable.
Won't Stop Until You're Dead
Increased the max delay by 10 seconds, similar reason as above.
Robot Carnival
Reduced credit multiplier from 2.5 to 2.25. It's a pretty easy card, I think it should be a little bit less rewarding compared to the constant drone/heavy
Raw Recruit
Decreased rarity from rare to uncommon. An annoying, unenjoyable card that you can't compare to other rare cards.
Tools of the Trade
Decreased rarity from Exotic to Rare. Although the rewards are pretty nice, having to rely on only your sidearm and abilities is not something you can do in higher difficulties during the later levels. I also don't think the rewards and enjoyment are enough to compare to other exotics.
Meds Evac'd
Decreased rarity from Exotic to Uncommon. Not a fun card and the reward isn't great.
Just me and My Guns
Decreased rarity from Exotic to Rare. The rewards are decent, but it's not a card you'd ever use over other exotics.
Travel Light
Decreased xp gain from 1.5 to 1.35. It's an easy card
Empty Holster
xp gain from 1.5 to 1.25. It's an easy card
Probably won't need that
Increased credit gain to 1.75 cred from 1.5. Harder than no consumables, easier than no aid kits.
Raw Recruit
Increased rarity from uncommon to rare.
The rewards are too good for the uncommon cards and I believe the difficulty moreso falls in line with other rare cards.
I made a Bad Call
Increased exp gain from 4 to 5. It's a very hard card. And although not as fun as other exotics, I believe this reward should make it worth keeping in exotic rarity.

Increased credit gain from 3 to 3.25
Quit Screwing around
Increased rarity from Uncommon to Rare. Increased gains from 1.25 to 2. It's an annoying card on most maps and when playing with people without mic.
This makes it a more worthy card to pick.
Safety in Numbers
Increased gains from 1.5 to 2 to make it a more reasonable pick in teams with players without microphones.
Too old for this crap
Decreased Rarity from rare to Uncommon. It's a card that hardly changes the gameplay experience and only serves as a nuisance card.
Double Damage, Half speed
Decreased rarity from rare to uncommon. Same reason as above.

How to install:
- Go to your Aliens Elite Fireteam folder
- Go to \Endeavor\Content\Paks\
- Create a new folder called: ~mods (Don't forget to add the ~)
- Put the .pak file which you've extracted from the .rar in there and you're ready to go.
