With this, you can set sail towards cronwfalls with your flag ship imediately. Starting materials help with the expedition challenges, though you can succeed even with an empty cargo.

---> IMPORTANT WARNING <---I hoped this would go on fine in regards to the Queen's quest line, but she will ask you to build a trading post on Crownfalls, yet not recognize it when you do, blocking the chain of quest and story of progressing. BUT there is a way to avoid this. You need to have a previous settlement in the old world to have the quest not stay stuck. UPDATE : It has come to my knowledge that someone made a mod to supposedly fix Sunken TReasure quest getting stuck. Try it if you need: https://www.nexusmods.com/anno1800/mods/510
Someone asked for it on Discord. I decided to try it out myself.
I simply changed the condition for the expedition quest to spawn from being "reaching 700 artisans population mark" to "having the DLC active".
Archiebald will pop up automaticaly and imediately, you have to meet with him at his island (conveniently locatable even in the midst of an undiscovered map, by clicking at the quest UI box, and then you can set sail toward the lighthouse and then get the Expedition available.
Starting materials help with the expedition challenges, though I believe they are not even necessary for a successful expedition, only real problem is time, I guess.
Then came the fact the Queen gives you bricks IF you progressed enough to unlock brick production chain in the first placed. I remedied this with another line of code, which makes bricks be "naturally" unlocked as well.
