[Gameplay] City_Hall_xan
This mod adds 3 new variations of the Town Hall to the game in the investor's menu. It requires to have installed The High Life DLC for using 2 of the variations (The Municipal Buildings)
The City Hall (1)
---------------------
Same size and range as a regular TownHall. The new variation is a bit taller to blend better with investors buildings in the late game.
The materials for its construction are increased in comparison with the original one
It is unlocked at 1000 investors.
The Municipal Building (2)
---------------------
2 Variations of a skyscraper version of the CityHall. The size of the buildings is bigger than the original one and much taller to blend with the new buildings from The High Life DLC.
The range of influence is being increased accordingly with the new size of the building and the number of slots for specialists has been increased up to 4.
The materials for its construction are increased and changed in comparison with the original.
It is unlocked at 5000 investors.
