Fixes the bug where flamethrower monitors tend to just follow enemy ships without attacking and therefore get destroyed. Replaces the attack mechanics of the flamethrower monitor with the mechanics from the pyrphorian warship. DPS has been kept the same. Blue flamethrower monitor is not affected by this mod.
