Changed: large corner map, trelawney & new world with four corner/continental islands

After the single map-mods with a bigger map, i made a Four Crowns & Four Manolas with the normal map size and no known bugs.
An updated Larger Corner Map is also included, This package is designed for MP.
Should be work with a normal internet connection.
