This mod causes all parts to be "purchasable" from the part shop as soon as you have access, also they're all free because why not?

This mod is designed to unlock every part and set prices to 0 after receiving access to the Part Shop, including Loghunt rewards. An optional file is included for simply making all parts free.

To install, use Modengine2 and place the regulation.bin file provided within the mod folder.
