Gives all HC Helicopters the Gatling Guns we were waiting for

All HC Helicopters are replaced. With current modding technology, I physically cannot make the Gatling and Rocket versions two different variants. Would if I could.
Installation:
1: Download Mod Engine 2 https://github.com/soulsmods/ModEngine2/releases
2: Go into its "Mods" folder
3: Place this mod's contents in. If done correctly, then "Regulation.bin" and the folder "msg" should be directly inside the Mods folder
(Note 1: The first appearance of the HC Helicopter in Illegal Entry breaks a little, but this is fine, ignore it. I can't fix it.)
(Note 2: This was based on the baseline of what Fromsoft had for the HC Heli's gatling gun, so... bullet size, impact, and rate of fire were Fromsoft's idea)
