Fixes the camera to behave more naturally and enables the triggers on Xbox controllers

During my playthrough, the camera was clunky at times, and the trigger buttons were unusable. This mod fixes both issues.
To install the mod, copy the .ini and .dll files into your AC root directory (where the .exe file is). If they're in the right place, they should work without any editing.
This just fixes the camera and controller issues. If you're looking for something more comprehensive, Sergeaur has a mod named EaglePatchAC1. Since I haven't used his mod, I'm not sure if these have overlapping purposes. If they do, please let me know so I can edit the description.
This mod isn't mine, I found a link on Reddit to a file on PCGamingWiki, who got it from FilePlanet. I thought it might be something nice to have here, since Nexus is a popular mod site. Credit goes to Khemitude for the original file(uploaded on FilePlanet), Garrett for the reupload on PCGamingWiki, and an unknown user on Reddit for the link I used to find it.
