A save-game with with 100% completion. the save game also includes the venetian and medici capes.
11 years ago Ubisoft made it so you could link your uplay with you facebook account. this would reward you with 2 additional capes (the venetian and medici capes). those capes are long gone, except for certain save files that still include them.
be sure to check out my 0% completion (with extra capes+DLC) if you want a freshly made savegame with the additional capes:

Installation Guide:
WARNING: using this mod WILL overwrite your current savegame. meaning your savegame will be deleted and replaced with this one. so to be sure, backup your current savegame
go to 'C:\Users\YOURUSER\Saved Games\Assassin's Creed Brotherhood\SAVES
in here, replace the OPTIONS file and ACBROTHERHOODSAVEGAME0.SAV with the file from the mod.
Done.
