During my first playthrough I've made this ReShade preset and sometimes it reminds me of AC Unity

Just made this preset for my first playthrough and by accident color palette turned out similar to AC Unity.
To install just drag and drop contents of downloaded "AC2-UnityReShade" folder (d3d9.dll, ReShade.ini, UnityReShade.ini, reshade-shaders) into your "Assasiin's Creed II" game folder where .exe is located.
In game my brightness is set to 6 and post-process effects are off.
HOME - ReShade menu INSERT - Toggle effects
If there are problems with displaying depth based effects like ambient occlusion, check proper depth-buffer in ReShade settings (Add-ons tab).
