This mod restores wind in AC2 (primarily for the three outfits and some environment effects). Two mod options for those who wish to see it more with the cape staying open for Giovanni's robe and Altair's Armor. An additional CT table for adjusting wind strength in game.
Installation: Requires the use of the AnvilToolKit. Unpack with toolkit and place the outfit files of either option in \Assassin's Creed 2\Extracted\DataPC.forge, then simply repack. Remove files and repack for uninstall. Use Cheat Engine for the CT table and adjust Wind strength as you wish.
UPDATE: Added a version with wind on closed cape and a way to remove chimney smoke effect on maps. To remove smoke, also place mod file into \Assassin's Creed 2\Extracted\DataPC.forge
