MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR GAME BOOTSTRAP SETTINGS FILE
Just place the "game bootstrap settings" file in the DataPC_DX11 file using anviltoolkit, then repack
DONE
If you want to edit the file yourself, you can find it using Anviltoolkit by kamzik <--- props to him, follow my guide below.
1. Open anviltoolkit
2. Click on ac 3
3. Load the game list
4. Click on the DataPC_DX11 file
5. Search for "Game Bootstrap Settings", or scroll down until you find it
6. Then open it
7. Then search "bow"
8. Then the file you want to edit is the "_-_CHR_WP_Bow.Material"
9. Export that file to an XML, then you can edit it
10. There I just set the "Material Disabled" from false to "True"
11. After you edit it, put that XML file that you edited in to the Game Bootstrap settings, and delete the old one. MAKE A BACK UP FIRST
12.Then you need to press the arrow facing up in anviltoolkit top left corner
13. Then press on the file and click the downwards facing button on the right (Should say "Repack selected file")
DONE
