Copy it to your AC4 install directory, where are your .exe files located, launch it, type "y" and press ENTER. It will be patched after it. Pressing only Enter will give you info about current mode.
Patching again will revert all changes.
I think many of you will ask the question - does this work with the 240 FPS Patch ? I hasten to make you happy - YES, it works
!!! WARNING !!! If you have no experience in programming and do not quite understand what this program does - BACKUP YOUR ORIGINAL .EXE FILES BEFORE USING IT !!! WARNING !!! If something really went wrong (I don't know how this can happen) and your files were damaged - use file verification in steam/uplay - it will repair and re-download damaged files.
If it's still don't work (I don't know how this can happen) try use it with .exe file from 240 FPS Patch. I tested both, original and 240fps patch .exe files, worked fine on both.
