Anvil Toolkit makes mesh edits of existing ACO meshes possible. Here is an example which modifies Kassandra's arms and lower legs to be a bit bigger. There are a number of tricks needed to make this work in the current release, such as needing to load the mesh in Toolkit a second time and re-save it to eliminate texture banding. All credit for this working goes to kamzik123. All blame for the quality of the mesh edit goes to me.
Some outfits will have clipping due to the changes. Use built-in ACO transmog if needed.
The optional file is a mesh edit of the Ezio Roman Boots to match the body mesh. Just to see if it would work. It is totally optional - it doesn't even look bad without it.
Drop either or both files in the install folder (the one which contains the .exe files). If it asks to overwrite, then you have one of the few conflicting mods already installed. If you choose to overwrite, this mod will replace the other. Otherwise you could attempt to merge them Ghost Recon Breakpoint-style if you are familiar with that.
