Simple config edit that aims to provide ample performance and quality while keeping everything stable. I've employed the use of an integer res value I haven't seen used often to try to help GPUs of many ranges. It has two variants, my own personal config made specifically for my 21:9 Ultrawide display w/ a 4090 as my GPU and a more general config.

More detailed, fool-proof instructions are included in the download.
Current latest nVidia DLSS dlls are also bundled. Place in (installdir)\NVStreamline\production
A small DiY tutorial is included to help get unfamiliar users up to speed on how to recognise vars and interchange them between engines. It's bare bones right now but I will add more in the future.
