I recently came across with this preset. Its way better than mine and you should absolutely check it without any doubt:
The Golden Age ReShade Preset

Removes fake blue fog (Cinetools, colour_saturation)
Adds definition for distant objects (Immersive_sharpen and AMDFidelity_sharpen)
Adds Lumasharpen to remove blurry console filter to make it look as clean as possible .
Not british myself, but I went to London several times and I must say I never saw such a blue fog / aura reflecting from windows.
What is clearly memorable from London is that greyish and milky sky in sunny days with that particular stinky smell from fishes that surrounds the markets and docks.
PERFORMANCE FRIENDLY (5-10 FPS)
Install : After installing Reshade, drop the .ini file inside the ACS directory were the .exe is located , launch game and open reshade menu with Home so u can select the UK Reshade
