Tools i used :
- wwiseutil used to inspect, extract and modify .bnk *
- vgmstream to unpack .wem to .wav **
- audacity to convert other files (mp3) to .wav
- wwise to repack .wav back to .wem
Content\WwiseAudio\Windows\RTG.bnk
1. Open RTG.bnk with wwiseutil
2. Extract all .wem
3. Unpack all .wem with vgmstream. Drag n drop onto test.exe.
4. Listen to and locate files you want.
In my case 07.wem ID 408208525 and 16.wem ID 896275896. At the time used bnkextr.exe so i didnt had the information that 07 and 16 were looping which you can see with wwiseutil.
5. Use audacity to convert blank_audio.mp3 to .wav
6. Use wwise to repack blank_audio.wav into blank_audio.wem. ***
7. Use wwiseutil GUI to replace 07.wem and 16.wem with blank_audio.wem.
8. IMPORTENT save as new RTG.bnk do not overwrite the file you have open with wwiseutil. *
9. We done.
Man that was a painful process of figuring everything out, especially if you dont know what you are doing hehe. There probably is a better way to go about this but this is how i managed to do it.

* This software is a little buggy. Make sure to never save as > replace file that you have open with wwiseutil. This causes the file to get corrupted, always save as new .bnk
** I was unsuccessful in unpacking .wem files with ww2ogg as instructed by wwiseutil readme which lead me to this issue page. Idk if i was doing something wrong with ww2ogg cant tell cause im noob. :|
