Adds 5 New Jokers:
The Oracle: Retrigger all played wild cards (Uncommon)
The Fox: +3 hand size, and -1 hands and -1 discards (Common)
The Skull: Aces give X1.5 mult (Uncommon)
La Noir: Played Straight Flushes give +1 Voucher tag (Rare)
The Joker Joker: When a Wild Card is destroyed, this joker gains X0.5 mult (Common)
